Group Coaching Agreement

Effective date: December 15, 2023

PLEASE READ:

This agreement is between you as a valued participant in Susan Casserd’s online or in-person Group Coaching sessions, and Susan Casserd. In her coaching sessions, Susie will lead the group in learning and activities, and provide the structure and feedback needed along the way.

Susie promises to keep your name and in-session conversations private and confidential for every member of the group, except for any professional, confidential consultation she may make, when she feels it is needed in yours or the group’s best interest.

You agree to keep the names and personal information of every member of the group private and confidential. We’re holding this space as safe, and secure for everyone involved. I ask that you are respectful of your group members by not expressing any remarks directed at them of a critical nature, or use swear words or vulgar language in group.

You pledge to be honest and forthright in your communication, and to participate in self-reflecting and nourishing growth work and play.

I invite you to come into class a little early, there will be gentle music playing and an opportunity to catch your breath and self-reconnect before we begin group that day. There is a spiritual aspect to this group, in that we hold all people are created equal, and everyone is on a unique evolutionary journey. We embrace differences and celebrate diversity with equanimity. We can powerfully help each other go in the direction of our highest good, and together we rise!

And my big ask: please communicate to me if there is anything causing distress for you in the group sessions, as well as the highlights that are resonating with you. There is a money-back guarantee, as long as you have attended all sessions prior to your request for a refund, and made a good-faith attempt to complete any assigned growth work.

We are a conscious community, one for each other. At the same time, you are, as we all are, fully responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, interpretations, and outcomes. You acknowledge that anything discussed, or any suggestions given, do not replace the guidance of your own personal medical team, and that it is solely up to you to discern what is best for you personally from the information you receive in group or from Susan Casserd.
