The book I'm working on is for sharing with you the challenges, the journey, the solutions I found, and the process I developed because of it. I call it the Crossover Method, which is based on 5 Essential Skills (scroll down to see them).
As I connected the dots around why I was having so much difficulty with food, and then later, with body pain, a whole new reality opened up for me.Â
